Owning our story is one of the most powerful things we can do to begin to live more consciously and to find radiant wellness. Finding a safe other you can trust to begin to share your story and to unravel how your life experiences have shaped you is a brave first step. There is no greater honor to me than to walk alongside others who are seeking to grow healthier in mind, body, and spirit. Coaching is individualized to the needs of each individual and together in our first meeting we go over an extensive holistic health history intake form and create a concrete plan to begin to make tangible steps towards identified goals. Together we identify the services that fit within your value system and resources to begin to bring more support and nourishment into your life and work towards your unique individual mind/body health goals. I offer nutritional and lifestyle health coaching, EVOXX to work through blocks to growth, and Zyto scans to helping us find supportive modalities to bring more ease and efficiency to your journey and growth.

I believe yoga is a beautiful practice that allows us to quiet our minds and bodies and to slow down the pace of our busy lives to begin to listen to our own inner voice of wisdom and intuition. The use of breath is a powerful tool we all have to manage stress and to calm our autonomic nervous system. The practice of physical asanas (yoga postures) provides us the opportunity to breathe into physical holdings of tension in our body, as well as beginning to notice corollaries of how we approach challenges in our yoga practice with how we live our lives. This slowing down and intentional practice invites us to increase awareness around our patterns and to make more conscious choices in yoga that build a new neural pathway for translating these more conscious ways of being into our lives so that we can show up with more love, light, and integrity.

I teach at various locations throughout the Twin Cities, as well as private classes and workshops throughout the year. Classes range in length from 60 to 90 minutes, with the longer class times allowing for longer periods of savasana (relaxation) at the end of the class. I incorporate intention setting, affirmations, essential oils, and themed classes to provide a safe space to support you in leading a more conscious and intentional life!

I offer support groups to current and past members of my practice depending on current needs. These groups are a place for women to come together and support one another, to help encourage and reflect truth into one another's lives. We heal best in community with safe others! Topics will vary based on individual needs of current members, but past and current topics include personal growth book club, trauma support group, grief/loss, therapeutic yoga, yoga for trauma recovery, holistic attachment based parenting, and detox groups.
