I'm  Dr. Tamara

I am so glad you are here! Radiant Wellness is about understanding and embracing wellness as a result of the synergy of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to support individuals in working through past trauma and how it continues to impact the ability to find peace, joy, and connection through a regulated nervous system.  I am passionate about empowering others to be their best selves and finding freedom from suffering through holistic modalities that support our body's innate ability to heal. I believe each of us have a unique light and purpose in this world and when we remove barriers to optimize our wellness, this light naturally begins to emerge.  I feel deeply honored to be able to support individuals on this journey towards wholeness. YOU have all that you need inside of you and with the right support, it will grow stronger and brighter!

Equally as important to my mission is my desire to create safe community of like-minded, wellness seekers who support and inspire each other on this journey back HOME to their authentic and radiant self.

As women we often know what to do, but yet somehow struggle to do it. Past losses, traumas, limiting self beliefs,  and counterproductive lifestyle choices can all contribute to a dysregulated nervous system that makes it more difficult to be the woman we are meant to be.  Wellness coaching provides cutting edge (QNRT, Evoxx technology), holistic, and natural modalities in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment (in person or virtual) to bring more ease and success to your journey!

We heal best in community! I offer a variety of wellness support groups depending on the current needs of women in my practice. Groups offer women the compassionate guidance, support , and encouragement to find more freedom and fulfillment in life.  A safe, authentic, nonjudgmental community where members walk alongside of each other through difficulties, as well as celebrating one another's successes together is a key foundation to being our best selves! 

Yoga is an empowering practice to quiet one's mind, challenge one's body, and to assimilate deeply held, felt sense insights and revelations on the path to rediscovering who you truly are as an individual. I have been doing yoga for over 30 years and now teach in a variety of settings, encouraging mindfulness to how themes that emerge in our physical practice often parallel those in our current life, thereby offering us the opportunity to make changes .  Yoga is an opportunity to get quiet and tap into your own inner wisdom and to free up places of physical and emotional holding.
